On Saturday 15th September, the Grand Reopening of Rockingham Village Hall took place. I saw wonderful miniature gardens, hand made produce and local craft, generations enjoying each others company and a village bought together under the roof of a building that will last another 150 years thanks to the Heritage Lottery Fund. Curators of History was launched with a short film and commemorative heritage seed packets that were offered to everyone at the opening and could be planted in the new heritage garden.
